This quote by George Foreman speaks with the importance of offering people with the confidence and support they require to pursue their dreams. Everybody has the prospective to be somebody, but they need to be offered the chance to think in themselves and their capabilities. Supervisor is suggesting that it is up to us to give people the self-confidence they need to pursue their dreams. We can do this by providing them with the resources and assistance they need to prosper. We can also supply them with motivation and guidance, assisting them to stay motivated and focused on their goals. By doing this, we can provide individuals the confidence they need to become someone.
