We can become more aware of our self-confidence and capacity, and acquire a much deeper understanding of our purpose in life. By releasing the idea that our minds are confined to our physical bodies, we can become more connected to our spiritual selves and our Creator. This can cause a higher sense of self-awareness and a much deeper understanding of our relationship with our Maker.
