This is due to the fact that the smaller sized team of passionate individuals will be most likely to put in the additional effort and strive to ensure the success of the job. They will be more likely to come up with imaginative options and be more motivated to see the project through to completion. On the other hand, a larger team of individuals who are not as passionate might not be as encouraged to put in the additional effort and might not be as innovative in their solutions. For that reason, it is much better to have a smaller team of people who are really passionate and devoted to the job than a larger group of individuals who are not as invested.
