"People don't follow titles, they follow courage"

Leadership is often associated with the possession of a title, a manager, president, director, or chief. Yet, the respect and loyalty of others do not automatically accompany such roles. What truly inspires people to follow someone is not the label attached to their name, but the courage they demonstrate in their actions and decisions.
