He is saying that this type of thinking is wrong and that individuals will go to excellent lengths to escape it. He is emphasizing that everyone can be effective without having to remove from another person. He is suggesting that rather of competing with each other, we must interact to develop a much better future for everybody. He is promoting for a society where everybody can prosper and achieve success without needing to take away from someone else. He is encouraging us to consider methods to assist each other and to create a much better world for everyone.
