This might be a result of the Iraqi forces not being adequately trained or equipped to handle the circumstance, or it could be due to the existence of insurgent forces that are actively fighting versus the US and Iraqi forces. It is clear that the circumstance in Iraq is not enhancing, and that the US and Iraqi forces are struggling to contain the violence and secure individuals of Iraq. The US and Iraqi forces should work together to discover a service to the violence and instability in Iraq, or else the circumstance will continue to deteriorate.
