Albert Camus is suggesting that it is difficult to label someone as "absolutely wicked" and to entirely cut them off from society. He is implying that society is not perfect which it is not possible to assume that it is. He is likewise suggesting that nobody in their ideal mind would believe that society is absolutely good. This quote is a suggestion that nobody is perfect which society is not ideal either. It is very important to remember that everybody has flaws and that society is not best. We must not be too quick to evaluate and label somebody as "absolutely wicked" and cut them off from society.
