Waging his one-man war on the world of organized crime, ruthless vigilante-hero Frank Castle sets his sights on overeager mob boss Billy Russoti. After Russoti is left horribly disfigured by Castle, he sets out for vengeance under his new alias: Jigsaw. Overview

He rallies together dislodged gangsters and even attempts to form a pact with the hostile metropolitan terrorist group, 'The Black Widow'. Concurrently, the law enforcement starts tightening its noose around Frank, motivated by the unrelenting pursuit of Detective Martin Soap (Dash Mihok) who firmly believes that The Punisher may be more vigilante than hero.

Climax
Jigsaw abducts the wife and daughter of the departed FBI representative after uncovering the fact about his death to utilize versus The Punisher. This sets the stage for a last intense showdown at the Bradstreet Hotel. The Punisher, in addition to his confidant Micro (Wayne Knight) storms the hotel, triggering a bloody dispute, in which he successfully saves the hostages, eliminates Jigsaw and his brother, and leaves the gangsters for the cops.
