"Knowledge of what is does not open the door directly to what should be"

This quote by Albert Einstein is a suggestion that knowledge alone is insufficient to cause change. Knowing what is does not automatically result in knowing what ought to be. It is inadequate to merely understand the existing state of affairs; we must likewise be able to envision a better future. To do this, we must use our knowledge to think critically and creatively about how to produce positive modification. We must be willing to take dangers and challenge the status quo in order to develop a much better world. Knowledge is a powerful tool, however it is just the primary step in the procedure of developing a much better future. We need to use our understanding to inform our actions and strive to make the world a much better location.
