Leadership is not almost making decisions and taking sides, but likewise about discovering commonalities and joining people. Leaders should have the ability to bridge divides and develop a sense of unity and understanding between various groups. They need to be able to acknowledge the strengths and weak points of each side and utilize those to produce a compromise that works for everyone. Management is not almost making decisions, but also about developing a sense of consistency and understanding in between different groups. Leaders must have the ability to bring individuals together and create a sense of unity and understanding. By doing so, they can create a much better future for everybody.
