The prosecution is responsible for presenting evidence and arguments to prove the regret of the accused, while the defense is accountable for presenting proof and arguments to prove the innocence of the implicated. Together, these 3 parts form the structure of a trial, and with no one of them, the trial would not be able to function properly.
