They understand that acting is typically the only way to make development and attain success. Good supervisors are not afraid to take risks and make errors, as they understand that this becomes part of the knowing procedure. They are willing to take calculated threats and make decisions that will benefit their company in the long run. Great managers have a bias for action, and this is what sets them apart from the rest.
