This quote by George Bernard Shaw is a reminder to not let fear of hardship control our lives. It is a warning that if we permit worry to dictate our decisions, we will be able to endure, however we will not have the ability to genuinely live. Shaw is suggesting that if we allow worry to govern our lives, we will lose out on the joys and experiences that life has to offer.
